The above Youtube video was made available to my students. I told them to Google my name with Hopscotch and many of the videos of my Youtube channel become available to them at home, if they chose to do so. Some students did but most did not, yet they did a wonderful job. The video shows how to create a number pattern using Hopscotch. All students were very motivated. They used the iPad on a Friday afternoon, last period of the day to produce this. Each student created a different number pattern and wrote the pattern rule. Their algorithm looked like this. Afterwards, they proceeded to decorate the background in different ways.
